Ilona Danilova founded ELEVE Property Collective with a simple belief: property management should be built on relationships, integrity, and genuine care for people.
As a real estate agent, investor, and property owner, and an experienced business professional, Ilona has spent years on both sides of the industry. From renovating and flipping homes to owning and managing rental properties, she understands firsthand the challenges owners face, and the value of having a trusted partner who treats every investment as if it were their own.
Through those experiences, she recognized what was often missing in traditional property management: proactive communication, personal connection, and a true commitment to service. She set out to create something different—a boutique property management company rooted in trust, thoughtful stewardship, and exceptional care.
